This month, myself and a gaggle of other beauty and fashion bloggers are participating in what has been aptly dubbed Fashion February. Each week, our posts will be centered around a certain piece or trend. If you'd like to see what the other bloggers are posting, click here!
This week's post features the NUMARI Diagonal Color Block Sheath. In case you're unfamiliar with the brand, NUMARI specializes in women's wear that is tailor-made to your measurements. You just pick out your style, submit your measurements, and three weeks later you have a gorgeous dress that is made for YOU! (You guys HAVE to check out their Diagonal Drape Sheath Dress! It's simple, but oh-so-gorgeous!)
Make no mistake, the price tag may come as a shock to some of you (the dresses begin at $130), but considering the custom-fitting and classic designs, it will be a wardrobe staple for years to come!
For our first Fashion February post, NUMARI has challenged us to create a look using the Color Block Sheath and style it with 5 additional pieces. Since the dress is more of an investment, my 5 accessories will all be under $20! That's right, (get ready to do your best Oprah impression) everything's under $20! Let's move on to the goodies, already!

Of course, the star of the outfit is the NUMARI Diagonal Color Block Sheath Dress in Heather Blue ($160): There are a couple of other colors to choose from, but the blue is the easiest to work into every season (get even more bang for your buck)!
Forever 21 Essential Draped Cardigan ($15.80): Sure, a tailored jacket would be the safest choice, but I just love the idea of wearing this draped cardigan with the dress! With a flow-y cardigan like this, a belt is a must (especially if you've got a killer waist to show off)! Pair it with a belt like this ASOS Plate + Ring Waist Belt ($13).
Now, an outfit isn't an outfit without a little bling! Add this Mixed Statement Necklace ($15.90) from Body Central to add sparkle and an extra pop of color.
I've had my eye on this bag ever since it came out, so naturally, when it went on sale I just had to share it with you! This reminds me of a very expensive Roger Vivier bag ($4,850), so at $16.78 ShoeDazzle's Sion is a steal! Add ShoeDazzle's Mallory ($14.38) for that extra color and buckle detail and you're set for a day at the office or a night out!
I hope you enjoyed and be sure to check out the other wonderful bloggers' looks! Which piece is your favorite?
Check back next Tuesday for Week 2 of Fashion February!
Great metallic clutch! The shoes are fabulous. And very affordable.
